Provides sensory cues (audio and kinesthetic) along with coaching, to help children succeed quickly at calming themselves by regulating breath.

Why:

The part of the brain that’s active in a reactive stress mode, and the part that’s active in slow, calm breathing mode, don’t operate at the same time. When the brain is in its calm relaxed mode, stress reactive behavior ceases, children settle and become ready to learn.
